Your mobile device has been dropped in water?
Advice from the expert:
Forget about the popular piece of advice that you should place your mobile phone in a bowl of rice for 24 hours! Today’s devices are usually well waterproofed. If water has seeped in, it will not come out again that easily. A bowl of rice won’t change that, on the contrary! Since the water stays in your device, it can damage various components of your device all the more.

This is why it is best to call one of our stores and ask how to best proceed. Usually, the device has to be opened and dried. The experts in our stores take care of this for you quickly and at an affordable price.
How to have your device repaired at ApfelDoc
Come by one of your stores
Simply come by one of our stores and personally bring by your broken device. Depending on what needs to be repaired, it will only take between one and two hours until you are holding your mobile phone in your hands again. Of course tablets and MacBooks require a bit longer for us to repair. However, you can usually pick them up at the store the next day.

Send by post
Is coming by one of our stores too time-consuming? No problem! You can easily send us your mobile phone, tablet or MacBook together with a repair certificate via postal mail.
We do not require accessories, chargers or packaging for the repair. You do not need to send them to us. As soon as your package has reached us, we will take care of the repair straight away and return your digital everyday companion via postal mail as soon as possible.
